The critical study in divinity of
the Rhema mission

Presently, Rhema and rector Lee are in staggerring situation due to the serial conclusin of heresy at the denominational general assembly. They not only stopped the distribution of "Rem life" which had been regularly delivered, but also in the midst of internal disorder that the group of important REM believers eventually have seceded from the line of Mrs. Lee, Myeong Beum.

They returned to the order existing church, and have consisted their
own managing group voluntarily or of oters' accord. This what we call T. D.. As T. D. has an explosive absorption of divinity within a shortest time, and for this merit, REM believers are liable to maintain T. D. for themselves.

However, the problems are still remaining among them as rector Lee
and REM are still existing. Rater they seemed to believe that their internal affairs would soon become stabilized due to their self-pride that their "REM" would be supported by the T. D.; and as revealed by insistence of Mr. Chang, Suk Joon, they are attempting to move toward the strengthening their standing conditions in the U. S. A. etc. by getting out from Korea.

Rhema is swiftly attempting a move. On the other hand, in this crisis,
Berhea of Kim, Ki Dong is involved in controversy of heresy, and they also is marching toward the direction to have recognition of their church to be a traditional one. As if those starring members of 12.12 Incident swiftly moved around the power of administration of the nation, the star players of Berhea plays as if they become a sacrificial goat of the political reason of the general assembly which rejected their doctrine.
If and for some reason, Berhea and Kim, Ki Dong joined the legitimate church getting out from their heresy controversy, another surge of heresy controversy will arise about REM apparently.
Furthermore, there is no knowing that REM would rearrange their organization and theology in the overseas and comes back in a quite different appearance.

A latter was delivered from Rhema as if the matter of cert was proved
to be true. The contents of letter was that Lee, Myeong Beum has gone to Los Angeles to prepare for the REM 78 Meeting, and was further instructed them to participate REM 79 Meeting to be convened at Seoul Education and Cultural Center faring January 16 to 19, 1996. According to this letter, REM was least shrinked even after they were concluded as heresy, and is shown their constant will to trouble against their position.

For them, the traditional view point of God and the church are not
matters of concern. Their claim is rather seemed to be persuasive. As their persuade, "In the course of interpretation of the theological points, there would commonly arises different opinion during its study." the higher educated people would more easily become persuaded. But, for the one who studied theology to a considerable depth, one can easily and clearly distinguish their divinity whether it is brighter or darker.

Despite of all these matters, do we have to agree to their logic and
theology? One may eventually become dubious to their long maintained life in the faith, and abandon one's faith in God, who would take the responsibility for this spiritually catastrophic result?
Most of the believers who left from Rhema are struggling to clear up
their alteration past. As they pray that he would not commit their life of faith in their consciousness of damaged soul, they bandage their wounds.

The initially knocked the door of Rhema in the course of their seeking
for better gospel and the grace of God. And, they confess that they
received a great deal of grace as if they found a comfortable port, Rhema, after their long ocean voyage. However, they not only paid material offering for what they believed as grace. It was a terrible and fatal malady that they suffer at the both, their spiritual aspect and physical aspect respectively. When they recognized and awakened from the reality, they indignant, and the object of their indignation was the legitimate church which has legitimate doctrine as their brand.

An interpreter for Jesus wrote in the column of "false" as follows:
A false-like paster and the ecologist with shallow knowledge
would often demonstrate more power in controlling the religious
circle. Church has lost its credit by the evidence of the current
situation that a paster is ranked the lowest choice of marriage
matching by the fact that most of the less students enter
theological college.

The most carefully take a view over the church, the more our pains
increase. It is the proof that most of the faithful believers who seeks their life better in their faith spent at Rhema for nothing for many years. We feel a deep regret and even painful to recollect the desperate effort of the senior pastor of the church for him. We wonder how and why so wise and learned people would easily their wholesome faith; most of all it is unbearable for us to watch those leaders of the church who returned as distressed prodigals who once were controlled by the wordplay of rector Lee and despised and mocked their own pastor.

Despite of all these irregularities, with the heart of Jesus embracing his betrayer Judas, and as senior pastor- the true church steward- the returned members are ed and soothed and taken care of their injuries. Thus, we seriously fell the reality that we are all beginning to into the path of true to be pastor.
